LOST & FOUND PROCEDURES
If the items that have been left are not collected within 3 months (non-valuables), the hotel will dispose them and give them to charity
If the items that have been left are not collected within 6 months (valuables) the items will be handed over to the Dubai Police.
Passport, ID, bank cards and any other important documents will be handed over to the Dubai Police within a maximum time of 24 hours.
ID’s required to check in the hotel:
UAE Nationals – UAE Emirates ID , Passport, Driving License
GCC nationals – GCC ID card, Passport
Other Nationalities (visitors, tourists, residents) – UAE Emirates ID, Passport
All IDs must be original and copies are not acceptable.
*Other than UAE nationals, driving license will not be accepted.
